Amanda Seyfried to make off-Broadway debut in 'The Way We Get By'

The show begins previews on April 28 and will be open to the public from May 20 through June 14.

NEW YORK, Jan. 30 (UPI) -- Amanda Seyfried will be replacing Tatiana Maslany in Neil LaBute's off-Brodway production of The Way We Get By.

The 29-year-old actress was cast to play Beth after Maslany was pulled out from the production due to scheduling conflicts. The role will mark Seyfried's off-Bradwa debut.

The Way We Get By follow an attractive woman (Seyfried) and man Thomas Sadoski as they deal with the repercussions of a steamy one night stand at a wedding reception.

The show begins previews on April 28 and will be open to the public from May 20 through June 14.

Seyfried is best known for her roles in Les Miserables and Mean Girls and will next star in the sequel Ted 2. Sadoski has has roles in Wild and television's The Newsroom and received a Tony award for his part in LaBute's Reasons to Be Pretty in 2009.
