LOS ANGELES, Jan. 29 (UPI) -- Lindsay Lohan still isn't in the clear in the case regarding her court-ordered community service.

On Wednesday a judge questioned the validity of the certificate of completion presented by Lohan's lawyer Shawn Holley after noticing the document credited time Lohan spent with fans and being shadowed as community service.

According to TMZ, Lohan earned 18 hours of credit for meeting and greeting fans after her London play Speed-The-Plow and got 70 more hours for allowing volunteers to shadow her.

The 28-year-old actress claimed to have completed the 240 hours required by her probation by working with youth-volunteer nonprofit CVS Positive Futures during her time in London. While Lohan was slated to complete the required hours by Nov. 6, 2014, she was granted an extension after only completing half the hours in the time allotted.

Holley argued in court that Lohan merely followed the instructions given by CSV Positive Futures.

Lohan's community service requirement stems from her 2012 arrest for reckless driving. If the presiding judge determines the Mean Girls star's community service does not meet her probation's stipulation, she could face jail time.
