LONDON, Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Lindsay Lohan has completed the court-ordered community service requirement stemming from her reckless driving incident in 2012.

According to TMZ, Lohan won't be flying back to the United States for court, instead her attorney Shawn Holley will share the actress' certificate of completion with the judge.

The actress was slated to complete the required hours by Nov. 6, 2014, but was granted an extension after only completing half the hours in the time allotted. The celebrity news site, claims Lohan completed the hours "down to the wire" and is uncertain whether she finished them on Tuesday or is expected to finish them Wednesday.

Lohan faced misdemeanor charges and possible jail time for allegedly lying to police after her 2012 arrest.

The 28-year-old actress recently made headlines after she was hospitalized, and later released, from a London hospital over a high fever and severe joint pain, both symptoms of the mosquito-transmitted virus she contracted in Bora Bora in December.
