LOS ANGELES, Jan. 27 (UPI) -- Kristin Cavallari shared on Instagram Saturday she doesn't a have "a thousand nannies" and her husband the American football pro Jay Cutler cares for the couple's children when she's away.

The revelation came along a screen grab of a text conversation between Cavallari and the Chicago Bears quarterback, where he asks her to come home "asap" because "all hell has broken loose."

In the photo's caption, the shoe designer explained that she and Cutler are just regular parents caring for their two kids -- Camden, 2, and Jaxon, 8 months -- and shared a tip for the "ladies" who feel unappreciated by their husbands.

"Contrary to what many people think, we don't have a thousand nannies," wrote Cavallari. "So with that being said, when I got home from LA 2 days ago this is what I landed to. Pretty hilarious. Ladies, u want your man to appreciate u? Leave them alone with the kids to see what we deal with!"

Cavallari rose to fame on the MTV reality series Laguna Beach in 2004. She announced she was working on a lifestyle book last week. Cavallari and Cutler have been married since 2008.
