LOS ANGELES, Jan. 19 (UPI) -- Selena Gomez and DJ Zedd continued to spark relationship rumors over the weekend after they both shared photos of them together on Instagram.
Zedd was the first to post a picture of himself and Gomez during a video chat session. The black and white snapshot finds the actress laughing out loud from bed as the DJ smiles.
Gomez's post came later on Sunday and featured a picture of her in the forefront and the 25-year-old Russian-German music producer in the background. In the caption, the former Disney channel star wrote she was "missing la and this punk, just a little tonight."
"shooting starts soon!! Eeeeekkkk --Fundamentals of Caregiving!!" Gomez continued, alluding to her upcoming movie project with Paul Rudd.
Gomez and Zedd were first linked last week after they were spotted holding hands at the InStyle and Warner Bros. Golden Globes after-party.
Gomez's love life often makes headlines due to her on-and-off relationship to Canadian pop star Justin Bieber. The former couple was last seen together on Jan. 15.
