Kate Upton, Jennifer Aniston win big at People's first-ever awards show

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 19 (UPI) -- People magazine honored a number of Hollywood's A-listers Thursday night in the magazine's first-ever awards show.

The ceremony was hosted by Nick Cannon and featured appearances by Kaley Cuoco, Ryan Philipee, Jennifer Annniston, Kate Upton and Kate Hudson to name a few. 5 Seconds of Summer and Maroon 5 performed at the event.

In a stement about the award show, People said the two-hour special will spotlight the year in pop culture. The night's winners were:
