Rachel Bilson steps out for the first time since giving birth

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- New mom Rachel Bilson was spotted out and about in Los Angeles Monday in her first outing since giving birth earlier this month.

The Heart of Dixie star, 33, was photographed in an all-black outfit and a blue and white leopard sweater as she ran errands with her boyfriend Hayden Christensen. Toward the end of the outing, Bilson was seen grabbing a lunch to-go from Tender Greens.

Bilson's rep told E! News "both mother and baby are healthy and doing well."

"They are asking for privacy and subscribe to the No Kids Policy," added the rep.

Bilson and Christensen met on the 2007 set of the film Jumper where they played star-crossed lovers. The couple got engaged in 2008 and separated for three months in 2010 before getting back together.
