LOS ANGELES, Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Rapper Tyga allegedly cancelled a scheduled performance in a West Hollywood club Sunday after the place refused to allow his underage girlfriend Kylie Jenner to enter.

Sources told TMZ the 25-year-old rapper repeatedly contacted promoters at Greystone Manor and asked them to allow the 17-year-old reality star to get in, but his request was refused each time. After pushing the performance to 1:30 a.m. while negotiating Jenner's entrance, the rapper decided to bail on the show.

Tyga's absence reportedly upset one of the event's liquor sponsors and the club is trying to reschedule the performance. The 21-and-over policy, however, still stands.

Rumors that Jenner and Tyga were dating began earlier this year, but both parties have denied being in a relationship.
