CHICAGO, Nov. 2 (UPI) -- Nik Wallenda has done it again. The daredevil broke not one, but two world records Sunday night with a pair of high-wire walks in Chicago.

The 35-year-old first walked a wire spanning more than two city blocks across the Chicago River between the Marina City west tower and the Leo Burnett Building. The walk was 600 feet above the river.

The walk took 6 minutes, 51 seconds and set the record for the steepest incline for a tightrope walk at 19 degrees.

The second walk again started at the west tower but went to the east tower. This time Wallenda did it blindfolded, for the highest blind tightrope walk ever recorded.

"You guys watching think I'm crazy, but this is what I'm made for," Wallenda said seconds into the first walk.

He did it all without a safety harness or net.
