LOS ANGELES, Oct. 31 (UPI) -- Amanda Bynes has been released from a clinic that had been keeping her on a psychiatric hold for the past two weeks and was spotted roaming around Los Angeles on Thursday evening.
Sources close to the situation told TMZ the former actress spoke to a hearing officer at the facility and asked to be released on Thursday. The officer agreed to Bynes' request given that she was lucid at the time and could not be held involuntarily, and reportedly ended the 30 day hold that had been granted in her case last week.
