News of Rivers' inheritance comes days after a medical examiner's report revealed the former Fashion Police star died of a "predictable complication of medical therapy."

Rivers, who is reportedly planning to sue the clinic where doctors performed an unscheduled biopsy that allegedly led to her mother's death, responded to the release saying she continues "to be saddened" by her tragic loss.
