Felicity Blunt and Stanley Tucci expecting first child together

NEW YORK, Oct. 20 (UPI) -- Felicity Blunt is pregnant and expecting her first child with her husband Stanley Tucci.

The Hunger Games actor shared the news Sunday while attending the Mario Batali Foundation Dinner at restaurant Del Posto in NYC.

"I'm very excited to be a dad. It's incredible," Tucci, 53, told Us Weekly. "I'm most excited to have a baby with Felicity and for the baby to be healthy."

The actor also said he thought his wife would make "a great" mother and revealed he's not concerned with the baby's sex.

Tucci and Blunt met in 2006 when the actor was shooting The Devil Wears Prada with her sister Emily Blunt. He revealed in August 2012 that the two married in a secret ceremony and the couple renewed their vows one month later at the Middle Temple Hall in London.

The child will be the first for Blunt and the fourth for Tucci who already has three children from his marriage to Kate Tucci, who died of breast cancer in 2009.
