LOS ANGELES, Oct. 2 (UPI) -- Selena Gomez has parted ways with the house she remodeled in LA's Tarzana neighborhood.

The LA Times reports the "Come and Get It" singer sold the 6,630-square-foot house for $3.45 million. The two story home included a great room, a card room, a media room, six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

Gomez's former home is entered though a blue stone patio with a fountain. The crib's red front door allegedly opens to a high-ceiling entry where a center hall leads to a coffered-ceiling dining room on one side and a living room on the other.

The former Disney Channel star purchased the home in 2011 for $2.175 million, according to public records, and expanded it by about 2,000 square feet. The singer purchased a second home in LA's Calabasas neighborhood earlier this year.

Gomez is best known for starring in Disney's Wizards of Waverly place. She released her first solo album Stars Dance in 2013.
