BEACH HAVEN WEST, N.J., Sept. 17 (UPI) -- Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice, have put their Jersey Shore house on the market for nearly $4 million.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple is selling their vacation home in Beach Haven West for the low $300,000 range, a source told Radar.

"It's being put on the market today, and the sale of the house will give Joe and Teresa money to pay off some creditors, and give them some cash," the source said Tuesday.

The house is being sold to pay off the costs of their bankruptcy case and prepare for their upcoming sentencing Oct. 2.

Teresa Giudice pleaded guilty to four counts of fraud and Joe Giudice pleaded guilty to five counts for using fake pay stubs, tax returns, and W-2 forms to inflate their income and obtain nearly $5 million in mortgages and other loans.

"It was a very tough decision for Teresa to decide to sell the house," the source said. "Knowing this would be their last summer at the beach house was bittersweet for her, but she knew it had to be done."

The four-bedroom house was damaged and flooded by Hurricane Sandy in 2012.

The Giudices also listed their Montville, N.J., mansion for $3.999 million last week.
