Kristin Chenoweth debuts long, brunette hair

NEW YORK, Sept. 2 (UPI) -- Kristin Chenoweth debuted a dramatic new hairstyle over the weekend.

The 46-year-old actress traded her signature blonde locks for a long, brunette ombré. Chenoweth achieved the look with hair extensions by Gemini 14 in New York, a salon renowned for their extensions and color work.

"Hello I am such a blonde. Oh wait. Not anymore," Chenoweth tweeted after the change. "Goin dark is fun."

Chenoweth will appear in Opposite Sex and Hard Sell later this year, and is scheduled for The Boy Next Door in 2015.
