MARINE CITY, Mich., Aug. 7 (UPI) -- Catelynn Lowell has confirmed she is pregnant.
The 22-year-old Teen Mom star announced the news by posting a black and white picture of her baby bump on Instagram. News outlets first reported the pregnancy in May, and Lowell captioned the photo, "#it'sofficial #4months." Fiancé Tyler Baltierra posted a color version of the snapshot on his Instagram with the same caption.
Lowell and Baltierra came to fame on the MTV reality series 16 and Pregnant. The couple were teenagers when Lowell gave birth to their first child, a daughter named Carly. The new parents chose to give the baby up for adoption, a process documented on Teen Mom. Some have criticized Lowell's new pregnancy, but she and Baltierra insist they are ready to have a baby.
