LOS ANGELES, July 30 (UPI) -- Chris Brown's new neighbor is prepared to use legal force if the troubled singer ever steps onto his property.

After violating his probation and spending part of this year in jail, the 25-year-old singer has finally settled down in a new home in The San Fernando Valley. One of his new neighbors, however, is not very happy about his arrival.

"It can be the devil. I can care less. I don't care if they're having orgies," an unnamed neighbor told TMZ of Brown's infamous ragers. "It can even be Saddam Hussein for all I care, as long as he doesn't trespass onto my property. If he does, I shoot him."

Brown's 6-bedroom home reportedly includes a commercial ice cream bar, a dance studio, a billiard room, a tennis court and clubhouse. The pad can also accommodate up to 75 cars, meaning there's no real reason for the "Loyal" singer to step onto neighboring properties.

Having rejected a plea deal for his latest misdemeanor assault case in late June, Brown is expected to go to trial in September for reportedly assaulting a man outside D.C.'s W hotel in October 2013.
