LONDON, July 21 (UPI) -- Pippa Middleton and her boyfriend Nico Jackson are settling down and moving into a £3 million home together London.

The Mirror reports that Middleton and Jackson "have fallen in love" with a Victorian terrace in Parsons Green, West London. Among other reasons, the couple reportedly chose the home because it's family friendly.

"The separate living accommodation for childcare is particularly appealing for them which could signal they think starting a family isn't too far off," said an insider. "A little cousin for Prince George might not be out of the question after they set up home."

The 1900 home is currently undergoing renovations, but it's expected to be finished by the coming week. Insiders say the couple will also be looking at homes in Geneva as Jackson recently took a job at a hedge fund in the Swiss city.

Kate Middleton's 30-year-old sister currently lives in a £1 million home with her brother James, purchased for the siblings by their parents Carole and Michael.
