Kaley Cuoco celebrates Ryan Sweeting's birthday with pop-up book cake, swimmers and friends

LOS ANGELES, July 15 (UPI) -- Kaley Cuoco took to Instagram Monday to share several photos from the surprise bash she threw for her husband Ryan Sweeting for his 27th birthday.

Per the actress' photos, the party included everything from a pop-up book cake featuring photos from Sweeting's life from baby to adult, synchronized swimmers, One Direction songs, a candy bar, fancy mac and cheese, a pool dance-off and a lot of friends.

The Big Bang Theory star even shared a video of Sweeting's reaction when he found out about the celebration.

The couple, who dressed to match in black ensembles and red shoes for Sunday's event, married on New Year's Eve 2013 after 6 months of dating. You can check out a few images from the party above and more on Cuoco's Instagram page.
