MIAMI, July 3 (UPI) -- Justin Bieber was spotted leaving a Miami nightclub early on Thursday, five months after he was arrested in the city for DUI, drag racing, driving with an expired license and resisting arrest without violence.

A clip posted by TMZ finds the 20-year-old pop star exciting Dream nightclub at around 4:00 a.m. with his friend Khali. The "Boyfriend" singer was described by the celebrity gossip site as being "gracious" and "super cool" as he took the time to pose for pictures with fans and thank them for their support before getting in his SUV.

Khali, on the other hand, can be heard in the clip telling fans "that's how people get shot" as he passes through the crowds to join Bieber in the car.

Bieber recently reached a plead deal in his January arrest case in which he will plead guilty to reckless driving, pay a fine and attend anger management classes in exchange for the charge being taken off his record.

Other charges were dismissed by the prosecution earlier this year as it was determined that the singer wasn't intoxicated or drag racing at the time of his arrest.
