ANN ARBOR, Mich., June 25 (UPI) -- Madonna's daughter Lourdes Leon is headed to college.

Leon, 17, has allegedly enrolled in her mom's alma matter, the University of Michigan, where she appears registered as a fine arts in musical theatre major.

Madonna attended the University of Michigan on a dance scholarship in the late 1970s, but dropped out to pursue a career in the music industry before earning her degree. The "Hung Up" singer took to Instagram Tuesday to show off her school pride, by sharing a photo of the The M Den, the school's merchandise store in Ann Arbor.

"I think I'll stop in here!" Madonna captioned the snapshot. "#unapologeticbitch"

Leon, Madonna's only child with ex Carlos Leon, took to her blog after graduating from the New York City's LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, to reflect on her upcoming future as a college student.
