Corbett has now been charged with seven counts of machine gun possession, two counts of assault weapons possession and 10 counts of possession of a destructive device, in addition to stalking and burglary.

Corbett, who faces up to 12 years in jail, pleaded not guilty to breaking into the 49-year-old actress' home.

Bullock has obtained an emergency protective order against the suspect, requiring him to remain at least 200 yards away from her.
