LOS ANGELES, June 11 (UPI) -- Uncle Joey can finally move out of that basement.

Full House star Dave Coulier -- the man who may or may not have inspired Alanis Morissette's "You Oughta Know" -- is engaged to his longtime girlfriend, photographer and producer Melissa Bring.

"Melissa has been, truly, my best friend for nine years," Coulier told People on Wednesday. "We simply thought we would just make it a lifetime. I can't wait."

Coulier also said that several of his Full House co-stars, John Stamos, Bob Saget, Lori Loughlin and Candace Cameron Bure, will attend his July wedding in Montana.

"I feel like the luckiest man on the planet. I get to marry my best friend, and she doesn't mind that I have a really bad gas problem," the 54-year-old actor joked to Us Weekly.

This will be the second wedding for Coulier, who divorced Jayne Modean in 1992. They have one son together, Luc.
