LONDON, June 2 (UPI) -- Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, spent the weekend with her family as she attended the wedding of her cousin Adam Middleton in London.
The 32-year-old royal was reportedly accompanied by nine guards for the event, which took place in London's Dorchester Hotel. Sources claim Middleton entered the building through an underground car park.
Middleton's parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, as well as her sister Pippa and her boyfriend Nico Jackson were all present at the event.
According to Hello, the wedding also included a civil ceremony and was held at the hotel's penthouse and pavilion.
Dorchester Hotel owner, Sultan of Brunei, recently made headlines after imposing a series of Islamic anti-gay laws prompting a world-wide boycott of the Dorchester Collection hotels. Stephen Fry, Anna Wintour and Ellen DeGeneres are a few of the celebrities who have supported the boycott.
