The reality star's trainer Gunnar Peterson spoke to TMZ days after he skipped his sister Kim Kardashian's wedding in Europe reportedly because he felt insecure about his appearance in wedding pictures.
Peterson said Kardashian texted him as soon as he got back home and requested to schedule daily workouts until he's lost the extra weight.
The trainer said his exercise routine for the 27-year-old sock designer will consist of an hour of high intensity full body training including cardio workouts and resistance training.
"Rob is locked and loaded," Gunnar said.
Kardashian's newfound determination comes a little over two weeks after he made the news for stepping out looking a bit thicker than usual.
"I found out i was trending for being fat," he wrote on Twitter at the time. "Thank you all it really made my day :)."
