Gucci Mane pleads guilty to gun possession

In addition to jail time Mane faces a $250,000 fine.

ATLANTA, May 13 (UPI) -- Gucci Mane pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm Tuesday in Atlanta.

The 34-year-old rapper -- whose real name is Radric Davis -- is expected to serve 39 months in jail minus the 10 he already served as part of his plea deal with the prosecution.

In addition to jail time Mane also faces a $250,000 fine. He will be officially sentenced in July.

The "Pillz" rapper was arrested in Atlanta in September for disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and carrying a gun.
