Gisele Bundchen, Tom Brady find buyer for LA house — Dr. Dre

LOS ANGELES, May 7 (UPI) -- Rapper Dr. Dre and his wife, Nicole, are in talks to purchase the Los Angeles-area home of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen.

The Patriots quarterback and model power couple first listed the 14,300-square-foot estate just two months ago for $50 million.

It didn't take too long for Dr. Dre to show interest in the home, which includes five bedrooms, nine bathrooms and four acres of space in the Brentwood neighborhood.

"He's about to close on the house he and his wife Nicole purchased," a source close to Dre told E! News.

The estate features a home gym, oak-paneled library, chicken coop, solar panels and designer eco-friendly furnishings.

Brady and Bundchen are selling the estate to relocate to Boston full time.
