LOS ANGELES, May 2 (UPI) -- T.I. to the rescue!

The 33-year-old rapper recently aided the victim of a nasty car crash.

T.I. tells TMZ he was driving in Inglewood Wednesday when a taxi slammed into an SUV. The impact caused the vehicle to tip over on its side, and the musician got out of his own car to check on the driver.

The driver was not seriously injured, and looked up and asked, "Is that T.I.?" She was upside down in the car, and reportedly more concerned about her lack of underwear than the crash. The rapper assured the woman he would not look.

T.I. stayed with the woman on the scene until the ambulance arrived. He was originally on his way to eat at a nearby Popeye's, but says he visited a different location because the first one "had too much going on."
