Naya Rivera not fired from 'Glee' says actress's rep

Reps for 20th Century Fox Television have refused to comment on Rivera's alleged firing.

LOS ANGELES, April 30 (UPI) -- Naya Rivera's rep has come forward to deny claims that the actress has been fired from Fox musical drama Glee.

"Any reports or rumors circulating that Naya Rivera was let go or fired from Glee are absolutely untrue. End of story," Rivera's rep told The Hollywood Reporter.

Reports that the 27-year-old actress was written out of Glee started Tuesday as PopWrapped’s co-founder Zachary Jaydon wrote on Twitter that he could confirm Rivera would no longer be a part of the show's Season 5 finale or the upcoming and final Season 6.

Jaydon's tweet came almost two weeks after Rivera reportedly got into an argument with producers over costar Lea Michele's diva behavior.

Reps for 20th Century Fox Television have refused to comment on the matter. Rivera has also kept quiet about reports on social media and has continued to encourage fans to watch the show.
