LOS ANGELES, April 30 (UPI) -- Miley Cyrus, who postponed much of her April tour due to a serious allergic reaction to antibiotics, will have to delay more tour dates to fully recover.

The 21-year-old singer was released from the hospital last Friday and told Ryan Seacrest on Monday that she was "doing much better." But it appears her symptoms have returned.

"Cyrus is continuing to recover from the severe allergic reaction she suffered on April 15," the singer's rep said in a statement Wednesday. After a period of improvement, Cyrus' symptoms have returned and Doctor's will not permit her to travel."

"Cyrus must remain under Doctor's care at this time. The London date at O2 Arena will proceed as planned on May 6th," the statement added.

Cyrus wrote several frustrated tweets in apparent reference to her health struggles.

"R u f**king kidding me?!?!?!?? #aprilcangof**kitself," she tweeted Monday. On Tuesday she tweeted a series of sad emojis.
