Emma Stone on Andrew Garfield: 'I love him very much'

LOS ANGELES, April 30 (UPI) -- Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield's sizzling onscreen chemistry in the Amazing Spider-Man franchise translated into a real-life romance three years ago, though the couple has never openly admitted to their relationship.

But the 25-year-old actress made an unusually public declaration of her feelings for Garfield in an appearance on Good Morning America on Tuesday.

"He’s obviously one of the greatest actors I think we have alive today, and he’s also just a remarkable human being, so I love him very much," Stone said.

Garfield was equally effusive about his co-star.

"She’s a full genius, or she has found her genius and she’s doing it so beautifully. I think everyone who works with her, everyone who brushes shoulders with her or even makes eye contact with her gets a shot of sunshine," he said.
