NEW YORK, April 9 (UPI) -- On The Daily Show Tuesday, Jon Stewart slammed conservative critics of the film Noah who complain about the "artistic liberties" taken and the failure to mention the word "God."

Stewart points out some Biblical points in the movie that critics may be willing to ignore, like the fact that Noah was depicted as drunk in a chapter of Genesis. He also shows a quote where the film does indeed say at one point that "the Creator is God."

Despite the criticism, Noah topped the box office with $200 million in sales within two weeks of its release.
