LOS ANGELES, April 7 (UPI) -- A 20-year-old homeless man has been charged with one felony count of stalking after he was caught at Selena Gomez's Los Angeles home for the second time in two weeks.

Che Cruz was arrested March 30 after police found him hiding in the 21-year-old singer's bathroom. He pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor and was sentenced to 45 days in jail and three years' probation. He was also ordered to stay away from Gomez.

Cruz was released just two days later, due to prison overcrowding, and allegedly headed straight back to the pop star's Calabasas house.

On Monday, Los Angeles County officials slapped Cruz with a felony charge and another misdemeanor charge of violating of a criminal protective order. He faces four years in prison.
