Drew Barrymore, Ciara show off baby bumps in L.A.

LOS ANGELES, April 7 (UPI) -- Drew Barrymore and Ciara bumped into each other while walking the green carpet at the Safe Kids Day event in Los Angeles Sunday.

The two expecting stars were all smiles as they posed for pictures together at the event.

Barrymore, who is pregnant with her second daughter with art consultant Will Kopelman, looked casual in a navy shirt and black pants, while Ciara kept it comfy-chic in a white shirtdress.The singer is expecting her first child with fiance, Future.

Safe Kids Day aims to "raise funds and awareness for preventable childhood injuries," which are the "number one killer of children in the U.S."
