The 47-year-old actor checked himself into rehab in January after rumors surfaced that he had cheated with a 28-year-old woman named Emily Goodhand. The scandal left Spelling "devastated," and McDermott confirmed the rumors as true when he issued a public apology and entered rehab to "become the husband and father my family deserves."

Six hour-long episodes will document the pair's work on their relationship following McDermott's exit from rehab. The couple have been married since 2006, and have four children together: Liam, Stella, Hattie and Finn.

True Tori will debut at 10 p.m. ET April 22 on Lifetime.
