March 31 (UPI) -- A new docu-series, True Tori, will document Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's recent marriage crisis.

The show will air on the Lifetime channel, and follows the couple as they attempt to recover from the cheating scandal that led McDermott to enter rehab.

The 47-year-old actor checked himself into rehab in January after rumors surfaced that he had cheated with a 28-year-old woman named Emily Goodhand. The scandal left Spelling "devastated," and McDermott confirmed the rumors as true when he issued a public apology and entered rehab to "become the husband and father my family deserves."

Six hour-long episodes will document the pair's work on their relationship following McDermott's exit from rehab. The couple have been married since 2006, and have four children together: Liam, Stella, Hattie and Finn.

True Tori will debut at 10 p.m. ET April 22 on Lifetime.
