Lil Za, the rapper arrested during a raid at Justin Bieber's house in January, is no longer facing felony vandalism charges for breaking a phone in jail.

Za was arrested from the Canadian singer's house after police found MDMA (a form of ecstasy) and Oxycodone in near proximity to him. He was then taken to jail in Los Angeles where he broke a phone during a stupor of rage.

At the time, Za was charged with felony vandalism for the incident, but his lawyers managed to get the charge reduced to a misdemeanor because the phone was worth less than $400 and the law states that vandalizing property under $400 is considered a misdemeanor.

As for his drug charges, TMZ reports that Za will likely plead guilty to felony drug possession, complete a drug education course and be on probation for a year. By that time the charge would be erased from his record.
