Flava Flav regaled reporters with some spontaneous raps as he made his way into a New York courthouse to address speeding charges from January.

The 55-year-old rapper appeared in court to face charges that he had been speeding while driving to his mother's funeral earlier this year. He had previously pleaded not guilty to driving without a license, speeding and marijuana possession. The case was adjourned until May.

Flava Flav was forced to take off his signature clock in order to get through security, but appeared in court with the necklace on.
