March 20 (UPI) -- Rizzoli & Isles will address the sudden departure of their late cast member, Lee Thompson Young, who committed suicide in August of last year, in the first two episodes of season five.

"Hope you enjoyed @RizzoliIslesTNT season 4 finale," star Angie Harmon tweeted Wednesday. "Season 5 eps 1&2 address our beloved Lee w/ love, honor & respect. Thank you @JanNash100."

Young was found dead last year of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He struggled with depression and bipolar disorder.

Police found him when he failed to show up for work on the TNT show.

"It is with great sadness that I announce that Lee Thompson Young tragically took his own life this morning," his rep said in a statement. "Lee was more than just a brilliant young actor, he was a wonderful and gentle soul who will be truly missed."
