Paul Walker's mother seeks custody of his daughter

Paul Walker's mother, Cheryl Ann, has petitioned a Los Angeles court for custody of the late actor's 15-year-old daughter, Meadow Rain.

Meadow grew up with her mother, Rebecca Jo Soteros, in Hawaii.

Walker reportedly asked for the arrangement in his will, which was signed in 2001.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, Cheryl Ann Walker claims Soteros -- who has two DUIs -- is an alcoholic. Meadow apparently came to live with Walker three years before his death because of Soteros' substance abuse issues.
