Cory Monteith was best known for his work as a goofy football player with a passion for music on Ryan Murphy's hit, Glee, where he met his girlfriend Lea Michele. But the 31-year-old Canadian had completed other roles before his sudden death of an alcohol and heroin overdose last summer stunned fans.
In his last film before his passing, McCanick, Monteith plays a drug-addict hunted down by a narcotics detective, Eugene “Mack” McCanick, played by David Morse. Monteith, who dramatically changed his voice for the film, appears only in brief glimpses in the trailer below. But E! News obtained a more substantial look at Monteith's character in an exclusive clip.
