Country singer Jason Aldean appears to be dating the woman with whom he was caught cheating on his wife Jessica Ussery back in 2012. According to Us Weekly, Aldean has been dating Brittany Kerr since filing for divorce from Ussery in April 2013.

Aldean and Kerr, a former American Idol contestant, were photographed kissing at a bar in West Hollywood in 2012. Aldean apologized for his actions immediately after the incident, writing on Facebook that he "had too much to drink" and "acted inappropriately at a bar."
The singer and his wife of 12 years tried to work on their marriage after the incident, but separated seven months later.
"This is a really tough time for my entire family," Aldean told Us in a statement at the time. "Jessica and I have been together since we were teenagers. We've been through a lot of ups and downs over the years as we grew up together as a couple. She will always be important to me because she is the mother of my children, and I know that we will both always make our daughters our No. 1 priority."
Kerr was photographed backstage during Aldean's concert in Amphitheater at The Wharf in Orange Beach, Ala. on March 14.
