Mr. T has been chosen as the celebrity to be inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2014.

Vince McMahon, the 68-year-old owner of World Wrestling Entertainment, told TMZ that T's "WWE appearances were instrumental in helping to establish WrestleMania as the pop-culture phenomenon it is today."

According to the celebrity gossip site, Mr. T teamed up with Holk Hogan for the inaugural event of WrestleMania. Mr. T also participated in a special boxing match at WrestleMania II against Roddy Piper.

Despite his involvement with the WWE, the 61-year-old actor famously turned down a spot in the organization's H.O.F. in 2009.

Now that the two have kissed and made up, Mr. T will be inducted during the Hall of Fame ceremony on April 5.
