Seth Rogen has spoken out about Justin Bieber again, and his opinion of the singer hasn't changed.

Rogen first made headlines in January when the actor tweeted, "All jokes aside Justin Bieber is a piece of [expletive]," after the singer was arrested for DUI and other charges. The tweet has since been retweeted over 200,000 times.

Rogen appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Wednesday night, and the host asked the actor to elaborate on his January tweet. The star said his feelings on Bieber haven't changed.

"In my opinion, Justin Bieber is a piece of [expletive]," Rogen told Cohen. "He's obnoxious, he's ungrateful and insincere... He puts people's lives at danger, and overall he is a piece of [expletive]."

Rogen and Bieber both hail from Canada, but the actor does not seem to share any feelings of kinship with the star. Rogen will appear in several upcoming films, including Neighbors, The Interview, and an adaptation of The Sound and the Fury.
