LOS ANGELES, March 7 (UPI) -- Mean Girls fans, rejoice -- a cast reunion is in the works.

2014 marks the film's ten-year anniversary, and sources tell TMZ that co-writer Tina Fey has been organizing a reunion to mark the occasion for months.

Cast members Amy Poehler (Mrs. George), Jonathan Bennett (love-interest Aaron), Rajiv Surendra (Math Enthusiast/Bad-Ass MC), and Daniel Franzese (Too Gay to Function) are all reportedly already onboard.

In addition, Mean Girls star Lindsay Lohan expressed her interest Thursday night on The Tonight Show. Lohan said she would be up for the occasion, and that Fey is "talking to the big boss [producer Lorne Michaels]" about the reunion.

Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon offered up a spot on his show to host the event, but no details have been set in stone. Some say the reunion might materialize as a comedy sketch on an awards show... and the MTV Movie Awards are just around the corner.
