WASHINGTON, March 6 (UPI) -- Ray Liotta is suing Nerium International for using his likeness to promote one of their skin care products without the actor's permission.

According to TMZ, the company has been using a "before and after" set of pictures of the actor claiming the Goodfellas star used its Nerium AD age-defying treatment to achieve a more youthful look.

In his federal lawsuit against the company and investor Michael Shouhed, the 59-year-old actor claims he didn't give the company permission to use his name or his photo and that he's never used the product.

Nerium International has not yet addressed the issue.
