WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif., March 5 (UPI) -- Cate Blanchett and Amy Adams had an interesting rendez-vous after Sunday's Academy Awards -- they went to a tattoo parlor with their significant others.

Blanchett, her husband Andrew Upton, Adams and her fiance Darren Le Gallo were spotted laughing outside of the Shamrock Social Club tattoo parlor in West Hollywood Monday morning.

Pictures of the moment show that Blanchett and Le Gallo both had post-tattoo bandages on their arms. It is still unclear what the tattoos were of and whether Adams and Upton got ones of their own.

The night before, Blanchett received an Oscar for for her performance in Woody Allen's Blue Jasmine, Adams was also nominated in the Best Leading Actress category for her role in American Hustle.

The Australian actress made sure to mention Adams during her acceptance speech Sunday night.

"Amy Adams, everything you do, but your performance in American Hustle blew my mind," Blanchett said.
