ATLANTA, March 3 (UPI) -- Looks like Justin Bieber misses ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.

Bieber, who turned twenty on March 1, posted a picture of Gomez on his Instagram this morning that shows the actress and singer in her gold Oscars after party dress. He captioned the photo, "Most elegant princess in the world."

The photo has led to excited fan speculation that he and Gomez might get back together. The pair started dating in December 2010, but broke up almost two years later in November 2012. After a brief reconciliation, the two split again in January 2013. Bieber's bad behavior was rumored to have caused the breakup, a notion seemingly confirmed in a series of text messages between the two that became public.

Bieber's adoring post comes only weeks after he called Gomez a drunk in response to claims that he was a bad influence on the star. Gomez spent two weeks at an Arizona rehab facility in January.
