LOS ANGELES, Dec. 15 (UPI) -- A Los Angeles judge issued a bench warrant for Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin, who failed to show up for a progress report on his cocaine possession case.

Scantlin was supposed to appear in court Thursday, but failed to show up, TMZ reported.

It wasn't the first time he didn't show up -- multiple bench warrants have been issued for the same offense since he pleaded guilty to cocaine possession in July 2012, the report said.

A judge agreed to delay Scantlin's conviction for 18 months, during which time he was ordered to enroll in a drug treatment program and keep the court up to date on his progress, TMZ reported.
