Scantlin was supposed to appear in court Thursday, but failed to show up, TMZ reported.
It wasn't the first time he didn't show up -- multiple bench warrants have been issued for the same offense since he pleaded guilty to cocaine possession in July 2012, the report said.
A judge agreed to delay Scantlin's conviction for 18 months, during which time he was ordered to enroll in a drug treatment program and keep the court up to date on his progress, TMZ reported.
