Kick Kennedy to make off-Broadway debut in 'Antigone'

NEW YORK, Dec. 9 (UPI) -- Kick Kennedy, the granddaughter of the late U.S. Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, is to make her off-Broadway debut in "Antigone," producers announced.

Kennedy is to play the title role in the Blackfriars Repertory Theatre and Storm Theatre's staging of the Greek tragedy.

The production, under the direction of Peter Dobbins, will start performances Jan. 10 and run through Feb. 15 at The Theatre of the Church of Notre Dame in Manhattan.

The cast also features Annemarie Agbodji, Inga Ballard, Robert Carroll, Michael Early, George Gloss, Alexis Kelley, Jeff Kline, Anthony Russo and Jose Sanchez.
